Final Joint Session
A reflective session to acknowledge progress and plan your next steps together.
Service Description
This 90-minute session offers the space to slow down, take stock, and reflect on how far you've come together. With Carlene's steady guidance, you'll revisit the goals you set at the beginning of your couples counselling journey, acknowledge the progress you've made, and talk through what's shifted in your communication and connection. Carlene weaves in Gottman-informed insights to help you understand which changes have been working, why they matter, and how to keep building on them once counselling ends. It's a calm, thoughtful space to honour the work you've done, recognise growth in yourselves and each other, and set practical intentions for the next chapter of your relationship. Whether you're attending in person on the Gold Coast or online, this final session supports you in moving forward with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of partnership.
