15-Minute Introductory Call

A brief phone conversation to ask questions and discuss what you are seeking support with.

15 minPhone

Service Description

The introductory call is a complimentary 15-minute phone conversation. It provides an opportunity to ask questions, share a little about what has led you to consider counselling, and get a sense of how sessions are typically structured. There is no need to prepare anything in advance, and there is no expectation to book ongoing sessions. The purpose of the call is to help you decide whether this type of counselling is the right fit for what you're looking for, and whether my way of working aligns with your needs.
