Individual Counselling
Individual counselling for relationship uncertainty, separation, or post-relationship adjustment.
Service Description
Individual counselling is offered specifically for relationship, separation, and family change-related concerns. It does not extend to unrelated mental health or general life issues. Sessions are one-on-one and focus on understanding what has been happening within your relationship, how separation and family change is affecting you, and how emotional reactions may be shaping your thoughts and choices. This also includes working with people who are deciding whether to separate, are in the early stages of separation, or are managing the ongoing impact of family change. Counselling focuses on reducing emotional strain and creating space to think, speak, and respond more clearly as circumstances shift.
