Service Description

Ongoing joint sessions continue the work established in earlier appointments. These sessions build on what has already been identified and focus on how communication cycles, points of tension, and emotional distance tend to develop. Sessions examine how stress, emotional distance, and disagreements are handled between partners, particularly in situations that have been difficult to manage or resolve. The Gottman Method provides a clear framework for this work, while the focus of each session is shaped by the couple's specific experiences and relationship history. The pace of counselling is guided by what feels manageable and constructive for both partners. Sessions allow time to work through patterns and responses carefully, supporting changes in how partners communicate and engage with one another over time.
